SBS Gayo Daejun 2019

Welcome Back!
Earlier today was SBS Gayo Dejun, a year-end music show, and BTS had several stages to themselves. Since this award show was on Christmas Day, BTS opened up the show singing Christmas songs. They were joined along with Sarang, a 9 year old child, who performed with them as well. It was the cutest performance I had seen. BTS and kids is a concept I can not get enough of. They absolutely killed every performance and it was a great Christmas gift to all!

Jungkook - Oh Holy Night
Jungkook opened up the show with his performance of "Oh Holy Night" by Adolphe Adam and made everyone fall in love with his voice. This was such a perfect match for his voice, so soft but yet so powerful. He was so delicate with the little girl as well and it was just too adorable for everyone to handle. If you were not already madly in love with Jungkook, you definitely were after this performance.
Taehyung & Yoongi - Jingle Bell Rock
AHHHHHHHHHH, that's all I can say about this performance. So freaking good, what the hell. I absolutely love Taegi so much and this performance made me love them even more. Taehyung voice was so good and did you hear Yoongi?? I mean Seesaw already proved to us that he is amazing at singing as well as rapping but he really shined here. Taegi voices combined = phenomenal. The cutest performance ever and I was smiling throughout the whole performance.
Namjoon & Jimin - Santa Claus Is Coming To Town
Okay, I can't get enough of this cute concept. Minjoon are the cutest. Namjoon singing and Jimin voice ahhh so good. All these subunits were so good like they really matched really well. They danced with Sarang and gave her a present at the end, so cute! Jungkook also joined towards the end so that was a nice bonus as well. Lemme just go cry at all the cuteness in this performance.
Seokjin & Hoseok - Feliz Navidad
What can I say about these two besides that they were remarkable. I mean Jin was hitting all those notes with such ease and Hoseok had such a nice voice like these two together are amazing. These performances were so short but so cute and uplifting. Jungkook also joined in and danced with all three of them so that was pretty cute as well. Overall all these subunits were just the epitome of cute and I'm so here for it.
BTS - Silent Night Holy Night
I couldn't find any HD pictures from their performance but it was definitely breathtaking. They were just standing and singing but something about the performance was so beautiful like it was really nice to see them just singing and no choreo. The whole group behind them was really pretty as well as the snow falling on them was so breathtaking and beautiful. I loved this performance, they absolutely killed it.
BTS - Boy with Luv
I can never get enough of Boy with Luv ever like this song at first to me didn't really click but over time I have fallen so hard for the song and am always singing it. They absolutely killed it (but then again when have they not) and the highlight of this performance had to be Jin's rose part. Instead of having a rose, he put himself as a rose and it was the cutest little thing. Loved this performance.
BTS - Dionysus
I have stated in previous blogs that I absolutely love Dionysus and is one of my favs off the album so you already know that I loved this. It's such a intense choreo and I love overally how intense this performance is. They kill it everytime they perform it and so all I can say is that it was amazing! Did you hear Jungkook vocalizing with Yoongi during his part? Loved it!
BTS - Mikrokosmos
Such a perfect way to end the show. Not only did they open the show but they ended the show with a banger. Mikrokosmos is close to everyone's heart due to the their concerts and makes you think about all the good memories you had with BTS. It was sweet and nice and I really loved it just as much as I loved all the other performances. Also, their outfits were banging like just look at that haha.
END NOTES
I didn't have time to watch the remaining performances but I bet they were just as good as BTS's. I heard about what happened to Wendy and a few other who had been injured at this show and I really hope SBS takes proper actions regarding it. Overall, loved this performance as much as some of the other performances they have done and it really put me in the christmas mood.

I can never get enough of Boy with Luv ever like this song at first to me didn't really click but over time I have fallen so hard for the song and am always singing it.
